Good body structure with squats:

Some people have a lot of fat accumulation in the lower part of the waist near the buttocks. To melt this fat you have to do ‘squats’ exercise! Although it seems difficult at first, this exercise becomes easy once you get used to it.

How to do squats??

*Stand up straight and bend your knees. While crouching like this, bend the upper part of the waist forward, fold both the arms and join the fingers.

*Make sure that the knees and feet are in a straight line while squatting.

*Bend should be as high as sitting on a chair.

*Thighs should be tighten when standing up.

*Inhale while bending down and exhale while standing up.

*If you do 30 squats regularly every day, the accumulated fat will melt.
