Simple exercise to get rid of DOUBLE CHIN

CHECK FOR DOUBLE CHIN!

Some people get a ‘double chin’ look due to the accumulation of fat under the jaw. This makes them look older than their age. Some exercises should be done to melt this fat.

Stand straight and tilt your head back.

Look at the ceiling and spread your lips forward as like giving a kiss.

Stay in this pose for five seconds and relax. Do this 15 times.

Tongue out!

Open the mouth and slowly stick out the tongue as much as possible.

Take it back inside the mouth counting five digits.

Do this 10 times.
