If you drink water mixed with fruits, you will get rid of fatigue and get new energy. Here is how to make this healthy drink that provides relief from the summer heat and thirst
Ingredients Required:
Strawberries – 4
Lemon – 1
Water – 4 glasses
Basil leaves – 5
Honey – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
Wash the strawberries clean and slice them and kept it aside.
Cut the lemon into wedges.
Fill a wide bowl with water, add strawberry pieces, honey and basil leaves and mix.
This bowl can be kept in the fridge for 3 hours to 2 days.
