Overweight has become a big problem these days. Pineapple is very useful for reducing weight. This pineapple has the power to reduce the stomach (reducing weight) of all young and old people to keep them healthy.
Cut one pineapple into small pieces and add four teaspoons of ajwain powder to it and mix well. Then pour a glass of water in it and cook it on the stove. Then keep it overnight and strain it the next morning and drink that water immediately.
Similarly, if you drink it for ten consecutive days, your stomach will start to shrink.
Note: Pineapple has the property of shrinking the womb, so pregnant women should avoid this fruit.
