There is a saying that “eat breakfast like a king”. Starting a day by having an healthy breakfast makes you mentally and physically strong throughout the day. Most of Indian shave breakfast like idli, dosa, vada. The best combination for almost every breakfast is a healthy coconut chutney. Lets see how to prepare it.
Ingredients :
Coconut – half
Cumin seeds – half tea spoon
Garlic cloves – 3-4
Ginger – Small piece
Peanuts – Fist full
salt – a pinch, according to taste.
For tempering – mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Bengal grams, curry leaves, oil.
Procedure :
-In a mixer jar, grind all the ingredients mentioned above and make a paste with required consistency by pouring water. Adjust the salt according to your taste.
- Take a small kadai and add 2 tea spoons of oil and add mustard seeds, bengal gram , cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Pour this tempering into chutney and serve with your breakfast.
